I set this site up because Pipex left me no choice. They provided me with a terrible level of service - appalling even, and to this date, still refuse to acknowledge this.

So this is what I do - set up a site to list all the problems that Pipex cause people - and there are a lot of people out there in the same boat.

Please join up and share your Pipex problems with the rest of us, the more of us that stand up to be counted will hopefully result in Pipex actually listening to their customers.

When dealing with Pipex, please remember that the people you are speaking to are not necessarily directly responsible for the issues that you are experiencing and as such, deal with them in a fair and polite manner. You are probably very angry, but will stand to get better results by adopting a calm and composed approach.
