The link to the Ofcom broadband migration advice link has been updated in the weblinks (bottom right hand side of homepage) as the previous link was broken.

Pipex suspended my out going calls on 13/01/09.
I have made over 22 calls to their customer care line/complaints/Tec/support i have requested over 5 times that a manager or supervisor call me to discuss the problem but i have not been contacted.
I have spent over £45 on o2 top ups calling the expensive contact numbers.
I have sent them a rercorded letter today demanding they refund me the £45 and i have requested my MAC code.
I think i will be going back to BT.
